"Tui na" is a form of Asian bodywork that goes back thousands of years. This form of massage is governed by Oriental medicine and follows many of the same guidelines as acupuncture.
Tui na includes what is popularly known as "acupressure," where practitioners use finger pressure instead of needles to stimulate the acupuncture points.
Tui na harmonizes yin and yang in the body by manipulating the Qi in the acupuncture channels. Tui na awakens the main points on our body to release tension and to bring back the easy flow of energy. It is slow and deep meditative procedur.
In winter time, there are special aroma essential oils used for this massage and also few worm cushions filled with different grains deep and effectively worming up the main aku points of feet.
It is a deep tissue massage of back and schoulders, arms, palms and fingers, head, buttocks and hipps, legs and feet.
